How does the custom charm process work?

Simply choose your chain, pick your charms, and I will assemble your piece asap! For a One-On-One Consultation, your piece will be made on the spot. For online orders, please allow between 5-7 business days for a mock-up to be sent via text message for approval. From there, we will make any necessary adjustments, and then it will be shipped to your home! Each charm is hand-curated to match your style, story, or occasion. You can also submit inspiration photos or ask us to design a piece for you!

Can I design a piece in person or online only?

Both! You can visit our charm bar in person when we have pop-up events for the full experience, or submit a custom request online. We’ll help bring your vision to life and send photos for approval before final assembly.

How long does it take to receive my custom piece?

Please allow between 5-7 business days for a mock-up to be sent via text message or email! In total, it will be roughly 2-3 weeks before your custom statement pieces arrive in the mail!

Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes! We offer high-quality gold-plated, stainless steel, and tarnish-resistant chains. Many charms are enamel, gold-plated, acrylic, or stainless steel.

Can I add more charms later?

Totally! Our pieces are made to grow with you. Bring your necklace or bracelet to our pop-up events anytime to add new charms as your story evolves.
